Documented evidence pack for EU/UK CASPs and PSPs facing EBA Guidelines on internal policies, procedures, and controls for restrictive measures screening.

Who this is for

Newly authorized CASPs and small PSPs/EMIs

EBA Guidelines GL/2024/14 and GL/2024/15 apply from 30 December 2025. PSPs and CASPs must choose an adequate screening system, define their dataset, document calibration, screen on each TFS update and at least daily, and maintain evidence of alert handling. Your national competent authority (NCA) will likely ask for this documentation during authorization reviews or supervisory examinations.
