FAQ
Common questions
What counts as a screen?
One API call to /v1/screen counts as one screen, regardless of how many matches are returned. Batch screening counts one screen per name in the batch. Health checks and evidence capsule retrievals do not count against your quota.
Is KYB included in API plans?
No. KYB dossiers are purchased separately via one-time or monthly credits. API plans cover sanctions and PEP screening only. KYB dossiers for Turkey and Azerbaijan are available as single purchases, 5-packs, or monthly pilot subscriptions.
Do you support continuous monitoring?
Yes. Growth plans and above include active watched entities that are re-screened automatically when sanctions lists update. You receive webhook notifications when a watched entity's risk profile changes.
Can compliance teams export evidence?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans support Evidence Capsule export in CSV and JSON format. Enterprise plans also support bulk export with long-term retention options. Audit trail retention ranges from 30 days (Starter) to 365 days (Enterprise). Free plan includes basic match results without audit trail access.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal at any time and remain active until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case through hello@verifex.dev.
